LSF Global — Engagement with a leading global brand operating across Asia and Europe
The client is a globally recognised brand known for delivering quality products across thousands of retail locations in Asia and Europe, backed by a strong online presence. Rapid growth had created an urgent need – not just for more people, but for better leaders who could connect teams, encourage ideas, and build trust across a fast-scaling organisation.
Despite having talented individuals across the business, collaboration wasn’t happening organically. The organisation partnered with LSF Global to design and deliver a 2-day Collaborative Leadership Journey – shifting leaders from working hard individually to creating real impact together.
LSF Global designed a practical, engaging 2-day workshop built around the real situations leaders face daily. Rather than theory alone, the programme blended hands-on tools, group discussion, and real-world frameworks – helping leaders understand what true collaboration looks like and how to build it within their own teams.
Six Thinking Hats technique
The 4As leadership model
Mindset shift: Ego to Eco-system
The programme moved through a structured two-day arc — building conceptual clarity and creative thinking tools on Day 1, then shifting to practical application, stakeholder influence, and real-world communication on Day 2. Each session connected directly to participants’ own workplace contexts, closing with concrete actions to carry collaboration forward.
The workshop opened by drawing a clear distinction between teamwork and collaboration. Teamwork is people doing their part; collaboration is people thinking, creating, and solving problems together. Through real-life examples and peer discussion, leaders began to see how genuine collaboration could directly improve their results and identified where it was missing in their own contexts.
Day 2 focused on application — how leaders could build psychologically safe environments, work more effectively across stakeholders, and influence others positively. Leaders learned to apply the 4As Model as a practical framework for collaborative leadership:
A pivotal moment in the programme was the introduction of a key mindset shift — moving from an ego-focused approach (me, my results, my team) to an eco-system mindset (how my actions affect the whole). This concept resonated strongly with participants, helping them see how focusing on the bigger picture creates better outcomes for everyone.
The two-day programme combined reflective discussion, team-based brainstorming, real-world case studies, and structured action planning ensuring participants moved beyond awareness into practical accountability, with clear commitments to apply within their teams from day one.
The session was very interactive and allowed everyone to share ideas openly.
We learned a lot and walked away with clear actions to take back to our teams.
The Six Thinking Hats approach was a brilliant takeaway — practical and immediately usable.
The facilitators made everyone feel comfortable and included throughout.
Greater confidence to share ideas and encourage open contribution across teams
Practical tools to identify and remove team roadblocks that limit collaboration
This wasn’t just a training programme — it was a mindset shift. Leaders left equipped with the awareness, tools, and attitude to build stronger teams, drive innovation, and foster a culture where collaboration and growth go hand in hand.
Enhanced ability to foster creativity and innovation without additional cost
A lasting mindset shift from individual focus to collective, eco-system thinking
