Consulting Partner

A Consulting Partner at LSF Global collaborates on a project basis to deliver high-impact corporate learning, consulting, and capability-building solutions for clients across Indonesia. This is a flexible consulting opportunity designed for experienced facilitators, trainers, and learning professionals who are passionate about creating business impact while maintaining the flexibility of assignment-based engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, HR Consulting, or Organizational Development
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across leadership, management, and professional development programmes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to design, customize, and deliver engaging learning experiences
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple consulting assignments while meeting agreed timelines
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong collaboration skills for working with remote and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools

Good to Have

• Experience delivering leadership development, communication, management, or future skills programmes
• Background in HR Consulting, Organizational Development, or Executive Coaching
• Experience working with multinational organizations across industries
• Familiarity with virtual facilitation platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Miro
• Experience developing or localizing learning content for regional audiences
• Professional certifications in training, coaching, facilitation, or organizational development

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Deliver client-specific training programmes across leadership, communication, management, and future skills
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences using experiential learning methodologies
• Adapt facilitation approaches to suit different industries, audiences, and business environments
• Maintain LSF Global’s quality standards throughout programme delivery

Consulting & Learning Solutions

• Collaborate with LSF Global and clients to understand learning requirements and business objectives
• Support training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Co-create, customize, or localize learning materials based on client requirements
• Participate in programme planning, briefing sessions, and solution design discussions

Project Collaboration

• Work closely with LSF Global teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Adhere to project timelines, deliverables, and consulting agreements
• Provide post-training insights, participant feedback, and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Build strong professional relationships while representing the LSF Global brand
