We partnered with the organisation to design and deliver the Young Managers’ Program 2025 under the theme:
“Leading the Future: Powered by Innovation”
The programme combined leadership development workshops, innovation frameworks, executive sharing sessions, corporate visits, peer learning and reflective practice into a comprehensive learning journey. Participants explored critical topics such as leadership, change management, strategic thinking and innovation while learning directly from organisations that are driving transformation in the region.
To support knowledge transfer and reflection, we developed customised learning journals that enabled participants to capture insights, document observations and create action plans for workplace application.
Executive sharing sessions and corporate visits
Peer learning and reflective practice
Participants gained practical tools to understand change management including the emotional stages of change and strategies for overcoming resistance. Through facilitated discussions and experiential activities, they developed greater self-awareness and confidence in leading teams through uncertainty.
The programme introduced practical business frameworks including SWOT Analysis, PESTEL Analysis, SCAMPER and Six Thinking Hats. Participants learned how to analyse trends, identify opportunities and drive innovation within their organisations.
Corporate training and executive interactions provided participants with valuable exposure to leading organisations and innovative business practices. These experiences helped bridge the gap between leadership theory and real-world application.
Young managers from across the Asia-Pacific region collaborated on discussions, activities and group presentations, creating opportunities for diverse perspectives, knowledge sharing and long-term professional networking.
The feedback reflected both the value of the content and the interactive learning experience.
