The Group helps its Maisons thrive in new and existing markets while setting unparalleled standards for service and embedding sustainable practices. The Client’s Regional Marketing Team organised an Offsite in Hong Kong and engaged LSF Global to design and facilitate an Experiential Workshop centred on Personality Assessment and effective hybrid working.
LSF Global designed an immersive, experiential workshop that guided participants through the full spectrum of personality-based collaboration — from understanding personal MBTI preferences to working effectively across different types in problem solving, decision making, and hybrid environments. Every session combined self-assessments, group activities, and real-world application to ensure learning was practical and immediately usable.
Working with the Difference
Problem Solving and Decision Making
Working Effectively in Hybrid Environment
The workshop moved through a deliberate arc, opening with individual MBTI preferences and type, building into understanding strengths and growth areas, exploring the four dichotomies to work with different types in problem solving and decision making, and concluding with practical tips for effective hybrid working. Each participant left with a clearer understanding of their own personality type and how to collaborate more effectively with colleagues of different types, whether in person or remote.
Participants explored their personal MBTI preferences and type through guided self-assessment, gaining insight into their natural tendencies and how these shape the way they work, communicate, and make decisions.
Building on individual results, participants reflected on their own strengths and potential areas for growth, while learning to recognise and appreciate the four dichotomies of MBTI in colleagues around them.
Participants examined how different MBTI types approach problem solving and decision making, practising ways to leverage diverse perspectives rather than let them create friction within the team.
The final session translated personality insights into practical tips for hybrid working, helping participants adapt their communication and collaboration style to keep remote and on-site colleagues aligned and engaged.
The feedback reflected both the value of the content and the interactive learning experience.
