This course focuses on project requirements like how to develop a communications plan, distributing work responsibilities, creating a business model and more which will provide a solid foundation in business analysis. From conducting an enterprise analysis to assessing the solution's implementation, you will learn the basics of how to manage the process and determine the appropriate parties to be involved.
