With over 20 years of experience in HR leadership, corporate training, and people development, she has successfully led initiatives across diverse industries, including electronics, consulting, corporate training solutions, education, mechanicals/steels processing, farming and packing, She has designed and delivered impactful programs in leadership development, change management, supervisory skills, Kaizen, coaching, and performance evaluation, enabling leaders and teams to thrive in dynamic environments.

In her new role, she will lead our Client Solutions initiatives in Vietnam, partnering with organizations to design tailored learning solutions, HR transformation strategies, and leadership development programs that unlock potential and deliver lasting impact.
