Managing Multi Generations

Overview

The Managing Multi Generations Workshop provides leaders, managers with team members with the mindset, skills and behaviours to improve the performance and contributions of all employees in the workplace regardless of age and degrees of experience. A work team may consist of people from three or four generations, all with very different ideas of how to communicate and collaborate effectively.
