Four responses from the recent Moderation on Transforming HR, hosted by Workday. Why should you automate HR?

1. “We did NOT have to spend money on System Training after deploying HR software.” They implemented Workday.

2. “I found the system simple & intuitive compared to the other systems I have used in the past.” Again he was referring to Workday.

3. “We had to manually collate how many employees we had across the world, getting employee analytics & data was a big challenge.” A key benefit of investing in an HR system.

4. “We used to search for our internal Talent on LinkedIn.” Don’t be surprised, I know of a ton of large companies who still use excel sheets to manage their Talent. Time for change!
