Description
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) has become more popular in Hong Kong these days. The board is more flat than the usual surf board that allows you to stand still more easily – some even bring their dogs on the board or do yoga on it. Learn how to do this sport in the safe bay area of Kum Yan Wan Beach. All participants will be asked to wear a life-jacket – so please don’t worry if you can’t swim and don’t hesitate to take part in this team-building activity!
