LSF Global — Engagement with a leading international education institution
LSF Global was engaged by an international education institution to design and facilitate a transformative 2-day HR Conference. The conference aimed to equip the client’s HR leaders with the mindsets and skillsets necessary to drive HR transformation and become strategic business partners within their organisation.
LSF Global conducted a focus group survey with delegates and a digital survey to gather insights — refining the programme to meet the specific needs of participants and address the most pressing HR concerns.
For Day 2 of the conference, LSF Global delivered experiential workshops and practical incubation sessions — focusing on influential leadership development skills, impactful organisational strategies, and future readiness of HR functions. The customised approach created a hands-on environment where delegates could apply learning immediately.

The conference was structured to ensure alignment and practical relevance at every stage — beginning with an incubation session to surface live challenges, moving through targeted capability sessions on influence and communication, and concluding with action planning to embed learning back in the workplace.
The journey included a launch and orientation session, self-assessments, facilitated mini-cohort discussions, individual coaching sessions, use of real-life cases and industry examples, and structured follow-up and post-session support — ensuring learning was continuous, contextual, and immediately applicable.
Delegates discussed and identified upcoming HR priorities in an interactive session. Key topics surfaced included recruitment and talent retention, training and development, performance management, stakeholder management, and influencing for strategic impact.
Participants engaged in discussions on talent retention, employee engagement, workforce diversity, and technology integration. A World Café activity encouraged creative problem-solving, allowing HR leaders to address challenges from multiple perspectives. The session concluded with an introduction to stakeholder management frameworks.
Facilitators training outlined the qualities of an effective influencer — awareness, adaptability, and articulation. Group activities explored adapting influence styles (Analytical, Driver, Amiable, Expressive) based on different stakeholders, reinforced through interactive role plays on structuring persuasive messages.
Hands-on role plays and practical exercises reinforced the importance of structuring persuasive messages. Delegates internalised key communication techniques and applied them in real-world HR scenarios before outlining specific action items for their roles.
