This program addresses staffs wellbeing as well as their need for enhanced performance through what is called mindfulness, an attention management system that has been extensively researched in the USA and is gaining popularity in corporations throughout the world. The tools taught in this program are simple and easy to use. The program is divided into 2 complementary sections.

  • This section focuses on the development of a deeper sense of contentment, or peace of mind. The workshop takes a look at the nature of stress, how to recognize it, and alleviate it through mindful practices.
