• Team Building and Leading Self:-

The session started with the discussions around giving and receiving feedback, delegates were informed about how to give & receive feedback. Followed by a team building activity – Scavenger Hunt, which excited all team members and united them as teams to find the hidden treasures. This helped them understand the power of team work and helped them understand each other with better bonding.

• Personal Branding:-

Personal branding is the ongoing process of establishing a prescribed image or impression in the mind of others about an individual. This section focused on what is Personal Branding and introduced the elements of Personal Branding to the delegates.

This section focused on discussions on what Leadership means to an individual, in Organization’s context and what is Business Leadership. Delegates were empowered with the frameworks to understand Leadership and how it affects their work life.

• Coaching for Managers:-

Delegates were empowered with the frameworks and tools to under benefits of coaching and the principles of coaching. They were also explained about the questioning techniques which can help in dealing with external customers or internal team members.
