Our client is committed to being a great employer and strive to be environmentally and socially responsible. They are dedicated to fighting the illegal cigarette trade and proudly support the communities where they source tobacco and where their employees live and work.

Company has observed tremendous growth which brought a lot of change and transformation in the teams, work culture and business goals. In order to sustain growth, it is important to keep the teams together and focused towards the business goals, hence, client needed to conduct a session to ensure that the transformation happens smoothly and the changes are accepted by the team in a positive way.

The opening session started with the discussions on real life case studies on Change & Transformation. A short video displayed here, helped build the expectations and understanding of change & transformation among the delegates.

• Knowing Your Colleagues:-

This section helped the delegates understand the personality types and how personality assessments can help in knowing your self and the entire team. Not only the benefits of personality assessments were explained, but delegates were also empowered with the practical tips about how to use these personality assessments.

• Building Collaboration:-

The session started with a question about difference in cooperation, teamwork and collaboration. This helped the delegates understand that collaboration is always the top contributing factor behind success of any organisation.

• Forces of Change:-

This section elaborated the changes which are impacting companies in the current scenario. They were made aware of the 4 major forces of change which has a great impact on every business.
