In Hong Kong, they operate a vertically-integrated electricity supply business providing a highly-reliable supply of electricity to 80% of the city’s population. Outside Hong Kong, they invest in the energy sector in Mainland China, India, Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Australia. There business includes power generation, transmission and distribution, and electricity and gas retail activities. There goal is to meet Asia-Pacific’s energy challenge in a sustainable manner from one generation to the next.

  • The Client wanted to conduct a Networking event for their Female Leaders
  • Networking being the core expectation of the event, they wanted female leaders to feel empowered and acquire new skills
  • It was expected to empower the delegates with influencing skills and Storytelling
  • Team building activities were also expected to make the entire event lively

LSF's Solution

• The Art of Storytelling:-

This section started with a simulated team activity “Reality Check” where the participants were divided in two groups and given some material to construct a story out of it. Both teams participated in the activity with great enthusiasm and shared the story they constructed.

• Business Case:-

All the delegates were taken to the CLP-India office where they were briefed about the solar project and the challenges faced by the team. It was presented as a business case and participants were asked to discuss the techniques and suggestions for the problems faced by the team. 

• Storytelling: Practice Session:-

This section focused on explaining the delegates about how to infuse life to their stories and how important is the impact of infusing life. They were asked to prepare a small story based on their experiences and share it with the group.

• Review, Reflection and Takeaways:-

A small activity was conducted to infuse the thought of networking and team-work among the participants, they were asked to present a short story, slogan & symbol, song sculpture. Everyone also shared one thing which they wish to do as soon they return to their work locations
