• Emotional Intelligence:-

This section intended to discuss what is emotional intelligence and how it is relevant in the business scenario. Delegates were informed about the organizational perspective of emotional intelligence and how it can benefit in today’s competitive environment. The four components of EQ were discussed with the delegates, these include: Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness and Relationships Management.

• EQ at Work:-

This section focused on understanding the traits which help people grow in the organization. Each component of the EQ was discussed in detail with two examples of each component. Delegates were empowered with personal benefits of leveraging EQ at work.

• Techniques to Sharpen EQ:-

This section helped delegates understand what techniques can be used to sharpen their EQ. Essentially, emotional intelligence is our ability to be aware of, influence, and express our own emotions, in addition to perceiving and influencing those of others; in the context of interpersonal relationships.

• Action Planning :-

Last but not the least, this section focused on helping the delegates understand how and what they can do to achieve their business goals and how emotional intelligence is relevant and needed for them to embark their career growth.
