LSF's Solution

• Theory and First Principles:-

Scrum is based on empirical process control theory or empiricism, which tells us that knowledge comes from experience and making decisions based on what is known. In essence, the more you learn, the more experiences you gain, the better you can deliver with Scrum.

• Scrum Framework:-

Scrum itself is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products. As per The Scrum Guide written by Scrum co-creators Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, explained Scrum clearly and succinctly. The definition of Scrum consists of Scrum’s roles, events, artefacts, and the rules that bind them together.

• The Role of Scrum Master:-

Last but not the least, participants were informed about the roles of Scrum and how the three roles relate to your existing job titles. He described the future of work in the context of an agile delivery model and what the implications are to job descriptions and career progression.

• Product Delivery with Scrum:-

Participants were informed that Scrum is simple.  It is the opposite of a big collection of interwoven mandatory components. Scrum is not a methodology. Scrum implements the scientific method of empiricism.
