• Organization Culture:-

Facilitator started the discussion by explaining what does organization culture mean and what are the differences between culture & character? With the help of a small video and couple of practical life case studies of different corporates, it was explained to the delegates that what does Culture actually means and why is it important for the organisation’s growth.

• Knowing Your Colleagues:-

As a pre-course activity, all participants took a 16 personalities survey, results of this survey were discussed in this section. Each person has a different personality and there are certain traits of personalities.

• Our Existing Culture:-

In this section, facilitator helped the delegates understand their existing culture with the help on an activity. The entire team was divided in small groups and each group was given a set of things from which they had to create a visual art-work demonstrating their values and culture.

• Developing Our Future Culture:-

This section focused on helping the delegates understand what type of culture they want and how they can form a better culture in the future. With the help of small group exercises, the facilitator helped all delegates understand how they can develop their future culture.
