With over 16 years of experience in Human Resources Consulting, Learning and development, and Performance Coaching across diverse industries such as Finance and banking, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, IT, NGO, Casino, Management Consulting, and Education in regions including Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, and the US, Winnie brings a wealth of expertise to our team.

Over the past decade, she has successfully trained more than 2000 business leaders, managers, supervisors, entry-level staff, and youth. Winnie’s ultimate passion lies in collaborating with organizations to make a profound impact on their business leaders, employees, youth, and the wider community.
